Yogic Management of Breast Cancer (8 week online course by request)
This class is for individuals undergoing or recovering from breast cancer treatments and who are seeking a yoga practice to support their healing and wellbeing.
Cancer is a challenging journey and yoga practice, along with yogic attitudes and lifestyle offers support on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels to aid in healing and help cultivate a happy, positive life.

Nada Yoga and Chanting Classes (6 week online course)
Music possesses tremendous power, as sound itself is vibration and influences every layer of our personality.
Mantras are sacred sounds, revealed to the yogis and rishi of ancient times in deep states of meditation.
When we chant these ancient Sanskrit mantras, we align ourselves with higher vibrations and purify our pranas (energy) and awaken the creative and spiritual forces within.

Chair Yoga (weekly online & local class)

Monthly Mantra Chanting Sadhana
Join Swami Prembhava every month for a special online mantra sadhana.
This sadhana will take place on the 4th, 5th and 6th of every month, at 6pm AEST.
This session will be a powerful combination of mantras, stotrams, kirtan and meditation.

Yoga Ecology is the Yogic and Vedic way of living an ecological lifestyle in harmony with Mother Nature- Prakriti.
In this short introductory session, the science of Yoga Ecology will be introduced. We will explore aspects of Yogic lifestyle, attitudes and practices, that can help us to reconnect with Mother nature in our daily lives and guide us to live simple, harmonious and healthy lives, not only for the individual but for society and all other species on earth.
This Yoga Ecology and lifestyle course is for beginners and experienced yoga practitioners.

We are offering four online sessions focused on Yoga Ecology and Lifestyle. These sessions will build on the foundational knowledge introduced in our introductory online course of Yoga Ecology and Lifestyle. Each 2 hour session will include talks, practises and sadhanas designed to deepen our connection and relationship with Nature thereby bringing us closer to the divine within and around us.
Chanting, Meditation and Relaxation Class (6 week online course)
Thursday night chill and connect class - 8pm Australian time
Find a quiet space within as the busy week comes towards an end with gentle mantra chanting, meditation and relaxation class. This is a class for anyone who wishes to calm the mind, reflect and find some inner peace and inspiration.
